Should have it fully priced later this week, but the ironmongery for each is coming to over a tenner...

Does that mean the fixings?

The four captive 'nuts' and four M6 bolts

The cost has come out quite hefty I'm afraid. £80.00 each, and that's with no mark up whatsoever.
All holes will be manifest on the GRP tunnel but it would be down to the individual to drill and cut them.
What interest sustains? I said I'd get back to the fabricator by Thursday...

Still very very interested here!

Yeas or Naes from the interested parties please...I'll not be offended by Naes, but with the mould costs for the 1300fwd valances already bearing me a significant cost I don't want to commission another mould that has equal lack of interest after the event!
Ta.

Alun, we will have 2!

If only two come out of the mould, break even would be £200 per unit, three drops it to £150, four to £125, five to £110... I'd worked on being able to eke out a few more sales over time above the seven expressions of interest to come up with the £80 cost.
If you are any good at simultaneous equations I've just exposed the fabrication costs, much of the mould cost is in proper preparation of the plug!

Come on the guys who made an expression of interest to Alun for these. He has clearly gone to quite some effort on this on our behalf. Would be a shame to miss this opportunity.

I'm a nae! Alun. Thanks for getting them made though. I'm not saying I won't have one in the future, just not at the moment.

Okay ........

I don't really need one of these tunnels but if it is going to help make it possible for a production run to proceed I'll buy one.
Hope this helps,
Ian.

Thanks Mart, no worries; I'd rather know before any cash changes hands.
Thanks Ian, most obliging of you, but I need to hear from others too.
I'll send some PM's so folk can definitely decline in private rather than publish implied decline here by silence; I have to presume some who originally expressed interest haven't yet seen the costs...

Four committed, two declines so far...

What would the price be on four?
