They should, I think, all be the same regardless of application. If you have an early block in bits you really want to open out the water pump outlet to not "stupidly tiny" regardless of capacity or number of valves. Later ones are merely "small" and a bit less critical. Someone (Jeroen?) has posted some nice photos in the past.

Yes waterways are on the agenda too, as I'll be port matching the oil pump ins and outs when the blocks are acid dipped
