What other wheels are there?

Dammit David, those were just what I was looking for

Adam (F!), the guy I bought my 1500 FWD off had a set of those, NIB, to go with the car if I paid an extra 300. At the time it wasn't something I considered but they do look great - they were black with silver detailing, 6J too.

Might go with all-black Sprint wheels. Or maybe an inverse colourscheme, with polished centres. Got so many of the damned things now I can afford to experiment

That reminds me, I need to look for a 1500FWD grill as I prefer those :)

Sorry, yes, it was Revos I'm after - not a minilite fan! :). Unless they're sick 6/7J Superlites with massive dish

Ta for the offer though!

Don't think so sir,
The holes are further apart :scratchin:

The 13" Dolomite sprint ones should be ok?
They look similar, just smaller

Someone who knows will tell you for definate

See how did you tell that ?

What should I be looking for in the listing to tell me if it will or wont ? Looking through this thread there are a few numbers coming out but I'm not sure what they relate to.

Every day's a school day.

No, Stag wheels are a different PCD and will not fit straight on.

Triumph Dolomite PCD (Pitch Circle Diamater) is 4x95.25mm (3.75 inches). This denotes the spacing and quantity of locating points on the alloys (holes for studs or bolts to fit through.)

However, just because a wheel is the correct PCD does not mean it'll fit on.

Standard Dolomite Sprint wheels are 5.5J (width) and 13" (diamater). Up to 6J will fit without modification but larger than 14" tends to lead to rubbing on the arches on full lock.

I had noted all the centre bore/offset of standard Sprint wheels, I shall see if I can locate it :) as these are important factors as well.

Phil (not V8!!!),

I pass through Croydon almost every day. I can collect and I should be at Stoneleigh on the Sunday with luck.

PM me if you want me to do the honours - always happy to help out.

See that's the picture which made me thought it was do-a-ble. Serious mods are above me though.
