Excellent photos, and a really nice range of cars on the stand!
I'm sure the positioning of the sun and the moon will one day allow me to have a working car on a day of a show

Well folks the Triumph Day at The Ace Cafe (11th June 2011) is nearly upon us.
I will be attending and so will a fairly new member of the Club (Mick) who has a
very tidy white 1300 Dolly. Seeing as SD is also white, I was wondering if anyone else is hoping to attend (hopefully with a non-white coloured car
). Maybe I wont be parked amongst a bunch of TR7's this year (not that it was a problem for anyone concerned, it just looked funny
).

Am strongly considering going along to the Ace Cafe thing.
Am tempted to bring WF0929 (even though it's white
) and drag my father in law along (as he's visiting) to drive the GT6. Could even bring the whole family (Mother -I-L and GF) and bring the yellow 1850 too!!

Go for it Jeff. I last saw the car when it was a shade of green and it would be brill to see it now (before it goes to another home).

The thread title is confusing! 12th June was the ace last year, I've only just realised this so I can now go to both the Ace and Bromley!!
Anyone got the times?

A worthwhile day out and nice to see Jeffers and his white one and learn that he is now the custodian
of my ex yellow peril.
Only a few dolomite shaped cars and generally a pretty low turnout compared with previous years
but its nice to see people in a relaxed and friendly venue and the interest from the Ace regulars is a big plus.
Nice especially for me to see an old local metallic blue K plater I often used to see about cos it used to live near me and is now in Reading way. A credit to its owner who has had it ages. The original blue interior is very special.
