Sorry about that, I should've started a new thread. I got them working again. A wire had come lose inside the wire housing on the steering wheel so it was the switch that had become disconnected itself. Thank you to all for your help.

Glad you have sorted the problem and that it was an easy fix too, Justin.

What Dave meant about starting a new thread was that your question was unlikely to be viewed by most forum members because it was
asked in this section for news of meetings rather the the most viewed Dolomite related section.

Justin, does that mean you will make the next meeing (barring any accidents on the M60/M62) on the 7th of October?

It was a slightly better turnout this month with Steve W. coming to the meeting along with Bob and Trevor. Next year's NDD was briefly mentioned and it was agreed that we won't be having it at Harewood but it needs to be part of a bigger show. It was the usual car banter and I was the only one who came in a Dolomite. Bob didn't want to take his Dolly 1300 out in the wet weather, Trevor's Sprint weldathon continues and Steve is still without a suitable car although he has put his Jowett Javelin up for sale. I got an e-mail from Kath yesterday so hopefully, she and Roger will be coming to the next meeting. I'm going to start an e-mail list so if anybody wants adding to the list please PM me your e-mail address. We also got a sneak preview of the next DM which was literally hot off the press courtesy of Steve who deals with the printing of the magazine as well as editing it. Bob pointed out that the price list for the stainless exhausts elsewhere on this forum is out of date so Steve is going to e-mail me the up-to-date price list so I can get it updated.

The next meeting will be on the 4th of November.

I also posted on their forum. I got in touch with Alan Chatterton through the CT forum so my efforts seem to be working.

Don't forget, the next meeing is tonight at 8pm.

It was the same turnout as last month with 4 attending. Bob, me, Roger & Kath. We had 2 of "our" cars with my 1850 auto and Kath's immaculate Sapphire 1500TC Unfortunately, nobody from the 2000 Register turned up.

The next meeting will be on Tuesday 2nd December.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I wonder if they're holding a joint meeting with TSSC South Yorkshire as their's on the same night...

The next meeting is only a week away (where has the time gone?). I'll start a new thread for 2015.

Not long now...

Tonight's the night and if I don't forget, I'm going to bring some back issues of DM from way back. Should bring back some memories for Steve W. if he can make it tonight.

It was a low turnout this time with just Roger, Kath & me. The next meeting will take place on the 6th of January.
