Gotta decide what cars we're going to fix, and who we've got coming, before we get started with the kit I reckon.

Ok, just realised I can't actually PM everyone at the same time; is there any chance the people who want to help out for the restoration show could PM me?

Thanks.

Ok, based on the replies so far, I think it would be a bit diecy to try and do any more than 2 cars on the day with the number of people we're likely to get.

As regards what to do, I quite like the idea of sorting Andy's overdrive box, and reinstalling the engine of the new member's 1500. What does everyone think?

Is the new contact reliable enough to turn up with his car? Worth having a contingency plan just in case?

See I'd love to come and help, but I really don't know enought to be of any use.. I don't drink tea/coffee either so I couldn't even make that.. well I could, but it would probably taste horrible.. bot that coffee doesn't already.. and tea is just hot water..

*Cough*

If people think a complete novice could help out, I could come ?

All I know how to do is take cars apart. It's the putting them back together I'm a bit fuzzy on. :D

If you know nothing at all it's probably an even better day out. As long as you don't mind getting dirty you'll learn a lot about working on cars, especially if we get to do something like the engine re-install.

That is exactly what the day is supposed to instill and encourage 8)
