Hrm, yeah.
Not to sure it was a good idea.. but if it's too much work I could always sell it on again I guess.

If its silly things then your be ok, alot of people see theres loads of little things that need doing and cant be bothered!!
Its already been said back in the thread but theres loads of people on here that with help you either find parts or with advice!!
Iv never done engine work befor but iv just had the head off mine and done a head gasket, also timing chain and tensioner and loads of other bits that needed doing, iv basically had the engine stripped down to the bottem end and gearbox, with the help with club members iv just starting to rebuild it!! My car also needs new front wings replacing which supposed to be a sod on FWD, iv never done them befor but ill have ago and see how it goes!!
I had no idea bout triumph's when i bout mine, just take your time with things and get some manuals for the car..........
Can you tell us abit more bout the car??
This is mine when i boought it, £150 no M.O.T tax exempt

3months later with £70 spent for MOT parts and alot of elbow grease!!

Iv done alot with the car but im always learning new things...........your be fine just enjoy it!!

Looks good.....body work is in good condition for the age, im not that clued up on dollys but i know they rot real bad round the headlights which yours dont seem to have, rear wheel arch looks like its just surface rust which maybe salvagable, inside looks tidy from what you can see and the most important thing is that it drives which is good!!
What i would do when you get it is sort the brakes out and stick in for an MOT and see what she needs, then go to stonleigh to get the parts (if needed)
