Cheers, yes they do, id take that aerial too I think, and the quarter bumpers if they are still there? plus a few other bits I think....what are the front floor pans like?

You are welcome to the aeriel, the bumpers are going on my Sprint, the n/s floorpan is poor and the o/s has already gone! Sorry!

Steve

I need to get all the trim and glass out before I cut the roof and other bits off, the boot boards are great (going in my Sprint) and the one off rear seat with headrests is going to Stu Marsden (who gave me the shell) along with the rear seat belts. I don't intend for any undamaged or useable parts to go to the scrapman! I may get a few like minded parties round in a couple of weeks and have a marathon "strip it" day!

Steve,

What condition are the two chrome finishers at the bottom rear of the C posts? I'd like these if they aren't pitted.

Cheers,
Jer

Im still looking for a decent black interior with headrests door cards etc if they are for sale. I realise the rear seat is spoken for.

Hi Steve, ok will wait to hear from you then, the roof chrome inc joining piece above the rear screen would be handy too

Cheers

As well as the roof edge chrome above the screen any n/s door / wing mouldings as these were all pinched when the lock up was broken into. The n/s was stripped so they pinched the doors, inc mouldings the wing etc I've now got doors but missing the exterior fittings so far. One last thing is the two metal closing panels that bolt into the rear of the front wings (close off the A post area held in place with three bolts I think

Cheers

Roof chromes have your name on them then, door mouldings are a bit more difficult, as you can see in the pics there is only 1 left on the car and that is slightly bent. However I am not using them on my Sprint, I think they are a semi-useless rust trap, so i'll see what is left over from that. Regarding the closing panels, this car has the later plastic ones and they appear to be in decent shape, they are a straight swap with the tin ones.

Ok Steve Cheers, is the o/s front sub frame mounting ok? Mine has a few ratty welded plates on it so ideally need the section from the strut housing forward..

Ordered a new wiring harness today from Autosparks, now I've got to get her finished... anyone used an electric HVLP spray gun? If so what sort of success have you had?

Was thinking I could use one to do the engine bay, door shuts boot and interior once welding has been completed, then get a professional to do the on show bits as I want to change the colour from white to either Sapphire or Delft blue.

I've had some experience with professional equipment but 20 plus years ago so very rusty (pardon the pun)... can still get a decent finish with a rattle can but want something better for this....
