Chuck a set of Avon CR6ZZ's on there!
How about some Avon CR322's at 185/70, that should look good, good tyres as well. My caterham in my avatar has Avon CR500's on, they dont do those in the correct dolly size though!!

But - if you use your car as a daily it won't be long before they lose that pristine look, unless you spend every weekend polishing under the bonnet!
Interesting mate...this is on my list and will get a chat to you about this

I've already ordered the Goodyears, they are waiting for me to finish polishing the two alloys, which is a lot harder than it looks,
namely because I have thicker mops than needed. (ordered larger thiner ones to get in the dish area)
But its amazing how there are hardly any named brand tyres in 175/70/13 nowadays, I have seen some abroad though and will
look into it.

Hi Russell,
It's coming along quite well, the clutch and brake hydraulics are still to be done, I'm polishing two of the rims, bit of electrical and should be on the road mid/end October.
It still will need some bodywork doing and minor items, but I may as well leave that till spring time and let winter have its way.
How's you dolly doing, I do hope it hasn't left a mess on you garage floor (they need a bit of training

), I know mine needs a lot of re-training.
With a bit of luck I may even see you on one of my pick a direction and drive days, in November.

Mahesh, I'm wondering if you have a 'post rationalisation' vin number, does it start with TWTLD5AT? If it does PM me the number and I'll see if its in my 1980 end of production list.

Thanks Pippin, I hope the gaps are good too, having said that, they are used to doing Stags,
so a solid roof Dolly should be ok.
Hi Bill, it looks lovely in the pictures, but then Dollys are so photogenic, unless your up close
you never know.
