I was supposed to be collecting one of the stand cars tomorrow from Welshpool to Coventry, but the new wheel studs arrived for my trailer and are 1mm ish too fat to pass through the holes in the drum, so I need to get the drum machined before the trailer is useable; I have reamers, but not that big!

Can anyone stand in?

I've just borrowed a laptop to do a quick reply.

Alun, David, thanks for the emails. The mouse doesn't work too well on this laptop so I can't work google maps, but if someone can post the link to the same BP station we met at last year I would be grateful. I think 8am was the time we fixed upon, so we can get to Stoneleigh before 9.

Nathan, I'm still not sure if we've had confirmation of the size of our pitch yet, hopefully Andy will get something from the organisers in the next few days.

I'm a bit light on axle stands this year (They're all under PRO) but I have a nice shiny toolkit I'll bring. If you can mark your tools in some way (nail varnish is excellent for this) it'll make life a lot easier at the end of the day.

I'll be back in Blighty on Thursday afternoon so it should leave "plenty"of time to sort out any last minute niggles.

I'm staying at the Express Holiday Inn up the road from there and I'll most likely be in the Sprint. I've got all the regalia from Sunday's event at Rimmer's. (and your headlamps Ken!) If I've got room I'll try to bring some tools.

The passes and details for the show have arrived. We're in Hall 1 next to the Range Rover club on a space measuring 8m x 8m. Set up times are 2pm - 9pm on the Saturday and 7am - 9.30am on the Sunday (remember that clocks go back an hour on Sunday) Our main project will not now make it to the show, as Alun stated above. This leaves Justyn's 1300 for the suspension rebuild and...erm...yes...um...? Remind me, someone? We have space for one more or possibly two more cars.

Passes will be in the hands of BWJ (Triumph1300) and can be collected from him - he only lives a very short distance from the showground.

Tea making...there *should* be an electrical supply, which if we're discreet about it, hopefully shouldn't cause a problem to the organisers. It does cost them money to have power routed to each stand and they get a bit miffed if all we need it for is powering a kettle.

There are 10 person passes in total, so these should go to people who NEED to be in the hall before 9.30am (i.e. the people bringing cars in or setting up) on the Sunday or during setting up times on the Saturday.

If you want to each PM me a moby number I'll make a list and pass on to Dave P when he gets back from France.
