good progress rich. I love seeing the pics of people's work areas, houses and how you go about solving problems. Quite a few other members are using the nylon pergola/shelter things.

gotta say it looks like a bleak day in wales :D

Its all ziebart. Great for stopping rust but looks s##t.
Petrol seems to work quite well but it evaporates very quickly.

Try white spirit
Cheap at least and works on waxoyl which look v similar

I found the best way to get that sort of stuff off was heat and a scraper (not necessarily a good idea if you want to keep the paint that's under it) to get all the thick stuff off then a rag soaked in gun cleaner to get the rest.

The paint underneath looks fine so im hoping to keep all that on there. ill try the thinners and white spirit with a scourer then jet wash it all :D

Bloody hell took me about 10 minutes to find this :oops: :oops:
Anyway. work is progressisng.
Got another gazeebo for the bottom of the garden to do my small bits of spraying done.

My next door neighbor managed to get me some builders trestles which are perfect for hanging my doors on :D

Looks like you have a pretty good finish on those doors mate. Did you take off the door rubbers though?
