The Triumph Dolomite Club - Discussion Forum

It's a bit late in the day I know (only got the info just now), but there is a big Classic Car Show on the Beach Lawns in Weston-super-Mare on Sunday. Apparently there will be 500-600 vehicles taking part.

There is no need to book & no entry fee, just turn up before 11:00am. There may be some autojumble there as well.

All in aid of Weston RNLI.

Well that was a very nice day out. Martin (mpr4204) met at our house & we trundled off down to the beach. Basically it was just turn up & find a space, Simples. The weather was fantastic & there was such a cross section of cars. I'll try & find out about this one a bit earlier next year & get a few more of us down there.

Also, just got back from a photo shoot with PFJ for the October classic cars mag & maybe in Practical Classics in the new year.

I'm going to a similar show near me next weekend at Tilford Rural Life Centre. Will post some pics

I must point out that the article(s) is nothing to do with the PFJ resto. It's will be about Dollys or Sprints in general.

That must have been a great show Mart. Pity you only heard of it at the last minute. I think it would be one I would like to attend next year being only an hour or two away.

Next event for me is the Route 38 meet at Trerulefoot - see thread by andy moss recently.

It was a great show and great weather. . I got very burnt. Would be good to get a load of us together for next years show. Will make sure we find out the dates well in advance.

We could be up for this next year if the dates are right as we can stay with Sarahs parents Bristol for the weekend.
