Now this was a very entertaining event last year albit cold but i taken this quote from there forum that explains the going on's

For the sixth time Southsea Motor Club and Bognor Regis Motor Club are delighted to welcome rally competitors back to the beautiful and historic venue of Goodwood, and, for the fourth year running, we are indebted to Towncross Engineering who have agreed to sponsor the event again.
This year we also welcome Highbury College as a partner to the event.
This year we hope to include a TR7 V8 challenge within the rally and to this end will reserve up to ten entries for entrants of this type of car.
It is therefore all the more important to secure an early entry to ensure a run on the day. Please could any potential entrant of a TR7 V8 contact either:-

according to the TR Drivers mag 7 cars already entered

Hasn't anyone got a dolomite rally car they would like to enter

You'd have to be quick, there are only two spaces left! (other than the reserved TR7V8 spaces...)

It is well worth the trip, Goodwood is a fantastic spectator venue, the only real problem being the excessively restrictive noise regulations. As a member of the organising club I'll be there in some capacity (probably part of the timekeeping crew as per previous years)
