And we have, plenty of it on here and respect to all. Have a look at this thread. A chap (Tony I Think) has been restoring a Victor FB, just follw the thread and look at his metal work skils, Craftmanship, absolute perfection, total skill, total respect

Wow, that chap is a fabricating/welding deity. i would love to be able to do work even remotely like that. An utter star. Nice car too, will be a stunner when finished. Shouldn't take that long by the rate of his progress.

Thanks for the link Malc.

I thought the link, whilst general, would be more appropriatte in 'Restoration', it after all a quality source on knowledge. Have you seen his metal folder 'made out of a few pieces of angle iron, simples, but fantastic.

I would love to be able to work with metal to that standard

It should be good, the bloke's a professional-standard body repair man and possibly one of the best in the area. That was back in August, so I too would be surprised if it hasn't been finished yet.

Hey Malc, do you think you could get me his number? LOL!

I am thoroughly impressed by his work, makes my boot floor repairs look like a kindergartener did them :(
