I really like the idea of an evening 'do' at the hotel. It would be great to meet up with club members from far and wide for a bit of a laff. This is the weekend before the Round Britain Reliability Run, so I might rattle the collecting tin if I may (but don't let that put you off  ).

So, come on then, who am I going to be having a beer with at the hotel ?

Obviously - nobody! :( (Perhaps the threat of your tin shaking has frightened 'em all away!

Sadly I cor come as I'm on holiday that weekend, which is real pity because it is a great venue, and the brakes on my Sprint are fixed and its running like a dream!

I doubt it. It will be a long way for some of the committee members to travel. I expect several committee members will be there. There will be apologies for absence from the others.

come on you lot in the south, between us we must be able to rustle up something which will get us there, its only 3 hours up the road. you never know we could make a weekend of it. If no ones got anything reliable to go up in we can all go up in my tt.

Will my Sprint be welcome? I'd like to park-up with some old friends, its been far too long since I saw some Dolomitic folk.

I'll have to come along in the Vindicator anyway as my fuel monitoring spreadsheet is predicting that my Peugeot will need servicing on the 26th.

It would be nice to catch up with some Jodsport engines too....
