hey as i have started here we have todate . 3 years ago bourght 3 two door toledoes one whiteish one brownish and one blue blue one is rotten very very rotten the white one was a good shell but the engine was full of water so out it came .

then as i had a t16 turbo from a rover 820 standin around fitted it and all was good . never realy got it road going just around on trade plates to and from trackdays till engine done the rover thing overheated and and cooked it self seeing that three years ov thrashin it about i was going to put yet one more turbo lump in it till the v8 rumble just kept hitting me .

first idea was to v8 the brown one but my son is at the age of needing a car and needed to keep one standerd so it was saved so back to the white one. if a v8 is going to be fitted i had to do 1980 mods to so a set of forrest arches fitted and rear spoiler as well and started doing a deseam (decrome) then lookin at the rear it had to be done a dolomite rear boot lid and lights bit harder than you may think that was.

now the serch had startted for a v8 this was four weeks ago lookin around at many range rovers that was just about had it rememberd this site and there it was a v8 dolomite just ripe i know adam wonted it to go to a good home and be restoerd but my hart was set two weeks ov mails and telephone chats made him see the light and that i was the guy to sell his car to .

saturday the 05/07/10 was off to his house with beer tokens in pocket and purchase ,if the car was as good as the history that he gave me in the folder then this car wud have been amazin, what a file to read so back to mine with car on the truck adam i seen camra any photos send please

sunday 06/07/10 strip out carbs , sparkplugs , rotor arm , leads , oil , oilfilter, dizzy cap
clean carbs out re new all service items with new and fit new battery turn wow what a differnt monster so all running mint still has a leaky manifold but that will be done when removed the photos to follow back to my chicken shed and play :bluewave:

Please, please, please can you include some kind of grammar so that we can understand what appears to be quite an exciting post, without suffering from severe brain-ache?

I have spent most of today trying to make text like this into some sort of sense for Total Impreza magazine, so forgive me if I am a bit tetchy!!
