Ok, in the absence of a plan. Here's my thing:
We need at least 3 cars, going by what we had last year, 2 on the stand and a very local one as a standby?
3 varying resto/repair issues needed to maintain variety then.
Dare I suggest that LD could have a clutch and perhaps tie bar bushes fitted? It would also be an ideal opportunity to showcase some of Alun's wonderful fibreglass panels, perhaps a front valance for a 1300FWD. It'll be less noisy than last year then
Willing victims, I mean helpers. mechanical savvy a must please

Also volunteers to man the stalls, regalia/parts? A volunteer on the gate with tickets? Also a setting up and taking down crew.
Tools, extension cables, jacks and axle stands.
Tables for bits, Regalia display and refreshments.
Anyone fancy sorting out refereshments on the day?
Display paraphenalia. Who has what and where? How can we get it where it's needed.
How about a walker and talker, giving updates on the work being done? I think Bruce did something last year and was a stunning success. Perhaps even a handout of 'How the job is done' sort of thing to encourage folk to try themselves when they get home??
That's just off the top of my head. Anything else? Any volunteers?
Cheers
Ken

Anyone here got a good rapport with R*mmer B*os? Perhaps it might be a great opportunity to discuss either donated or discounted parts for the day in return for a nice advertising plug?

Carpet fitting
seat reupholstering though on the other car
I will also bring a few extension leads and some tools.

Justyn!
Cheers Martin and Paul for starting the ball rolling.
So that looks like we have the two stand cars sorted. Anyone willing to provide a standby?
Any more mechanically minded spanner twirlers and folks to man stalls and generally help out. Obviously this will depend on stand availability and tickets for those helping.
I have a decent trolley jack and more axle stands than I know what to do with. I also have enough spanners to sink a ship.
Given the tasks, does anyone have suggestions as to what else is required? Is there anything else I have missed?
Cheers
Ken
