What valves and guides to people run, I recall reading something about fitting BMW inlet valves many moons ago?

We have used BMW motorbike valves 6mm stam and 1mm bigger, 30% lighter, but you will need complete other caps guides springs etc etc. works great though.
My next personal engine probable will get even other valves, we will have a close look at the PRI (performance and racing industry) show in Orlando next December, you need to do a lot to get the real HP you know.
