Buy it. Sell members of your family if you have to, but buy it!
What a beautiful example of a car that's now getting pretty rare in the UK and probably everywhere else too.

Didn't most of these lose their engines to Mk3 Spitfire rebuilds ?
Fabulous cars, I would love to own one of these. Sadly, with so few left and no more space I probably never will.

Rare, yes, but certainly more than 30 survive in the UK.
The interiors of these are superb; the dash, the clocks, the window winders, the seats...
...and with the added benefit of the later engine...buy it!
Incidentaly, what does the NZ asking price equate to in £ sterling?

There aren't many of the TC variants around - I only know of 1 round here (Yogi's)
Most are the SC versions.
Just done a conversion - £2086.06.
