Strange rattling noise (suspected exhaust)

Hi
Another day another strange noise
This time it occurs when ive been driving for around 10-15 minutes and then continues (doesn't seem to occur when cold) ?
Its noticeable when driving with the window down,around 30mph at about 2k rpm,when climbing any form of slope or going down any such slope, or parked on a slope... (so it isn't anything else but the exhaust as it has done it when parked....)
and sounds to be coming from around the mid box area (like a metalic rattling) sounds like the baffles may have rotted inside the mid box (anyone else experience this?)
Ive had a little butchers underneath,it waggles a little bit(makes the gearbox move with it too) but couldn't see anything,also brayed,tapped the mid box but couldn't hear anything move around inside it...
