Right,
the bottom corner of my passengers door (drivers side) is rotton... obviously i've got 2 options cut & weld a new piece in or replace the door, which would be more advisable?

Dan. Look for a good second hand door. They are out there.

Try the clubs repair panel, they are a very good fit and fitting allow you to repair and reseal the bottom seam that rusts.

Think i'll have to become a member then! lol
