Sprint spark plug tubes and carb mounts.

I was just putting together some tools to go in the car for the Corinium Run this Sunday 19th April and thought I should check the spark plug socket was the right one only to discover that three of the plugs were submerged in oil. B****r !!
There had been no symptoms that anything was amiss but the oil was well up the plugs. When I took the rocker cover off it was obvious that whoever built the engine had already used silicone sealer and the "seals" on them are so hard I decided it was not worth trying again.
Luckily I had a nice shiny set of modified tubes in stock that came from an engine I got via Jonners. These have now been fitted but I will have to get another set to go in the new engine I will get built later this year. Hopefully.
I also found another problem when checking the carb balance because I cannot get them to draw the same air flow. The rubber mounts are showing signs of cracking so I suspect an air leak and new mounts will be required.
So, I now have an unexpected shopping list for the Club Spares dept:-
1. Set of replacement spark plug tubes.
2. Set of 1.75" alloy carb mounts.
