Sprint timing chain guides.

Hi,
Can anyone advise me on timing chain guide issues?
I have a new old stock AE timing chain and Reynolds tensioner to go on my Sprint engine but I'm left with the uncertainty of the quality of the chain guides I have. The guides where purchased from Rimmers as a timing chain set (Rolon) around 10 years ago, there's no branding on the guides so I'm assuming these are Rolon too. Does anyone know of any issues fitting these guides? Is the quality good or do they disintegrate? I'll be spending a fair amount on the build so need to get it right. Are there any alternatives out there? I may post a wanted ad too, even if I can find some very good used ones.
Any advice would be much appreciated, I have looked through some old posts but I'm not finding any results.

I have only heard of tensioner issues and not guides.

Thanks for that, bit concerned as the rebuild is going to cost a fair amount so need to get it right.
I see your car is running over 170bhp, I've 45 Dellortos, Kent fast road cam, can you recommend any specific things I need to do to the engine? I was thinking of having the bottom end assembly balanced but not lightened, then rebore to +20, light skim to the head. Have seen there's no need to change valve seats, and have been told standard springs are fine. Unsure as to whether its essential to gas flow the head? I'm on a little bit of a budget.
Any advice from anyone would be great.

Had my bottom end balanced and its been great for 25 years. Flywheel a little lighter too.
Dont forget the crank pulley.

Tensioner is key. Not seen any issues with guides.

I rebuilt mine a couple of years ago.

Good block. Old block had a jackshaft doing oval tricks.
I recommend balancing even if not lightened.
45 webers but Dellos are good. K&N filters
Fast road cam and I matched the ports as best as I could.
Elec fuel pump and fan.
Valve guides replaced and valves and seats cut.

I wish I had lightened the flywheel a bit though and will do one day, but at the moment just enjoying driving it.
