poss thinking about selling my 75 1850 auto

don't really use it.....looking to get an approx value
38,000 from new
just had
ss exhaust
new rad and kenlowe
halogen upgrade
full brake overhaul
steel wheel nuts and new centre caps
I also have a lot of spares inc a webasto that needs restoring
another 9 sprint wheels
10 months mot

You kept that one quiet. I never knew you had an 1850HL auto. These are a rarity (as is any Dolomite with an auto).
I can understand why you're considering selling it but I think you will regret it from the moment the new owner drives it away. You need to give this decision a lot of thought. I've not used mine much but I wouldn't consider parting with it. I want to enjoy the fruits of my labour and expenditure on my Dolomite.
Get out and enjoy it.

I think you should keep it Rob. Its one of the nicest dolomites I have ever seen.
I also think you should have a look at getting the heritage certificate cos even though its on an S plate we always thought it was a much
earlier car that had sat about, and it was a darker green than brooklands, though it looks like you had it painted since I last saw it.
If you want rid of the webasto I could be interested. How bad is it?

Built Dec 75 and British racing green
Owned it for 12 years
Was painted about 9 years ago

Think hard before you sell its irreplaceable.The moment its driven away you will regret it. Ive just sold my Nuffield Three tractor now wish i hadnt. Tractor Boy
