Did you keep the old ones? I checked to see if I had pics and they weren't helpful but if you have the originals it makes sense. I made up new pipes using my old ones as a template and then fettled them to fit. Took a while to get it right but actually quite easy to do.

I suggest you read my recent post about fuel line problems as I would assume a sprint could have the same problem.

it is very straight forward, along the underside of the boot floor, up over the axle towards the near side, attaches to the body near the rear trailing arm, joins to another section where it continues along the inner sill until comes to the front floor pan and turns right, another joint, then up and over the transmission tunnel where it then goes along the chassis leg and up into the engine bay, another length of hose to connect ot the fuel pump.

on my 1850 it was the tube inside the fuel tank that was blocked.

What did you use to unblock it?

to unblock the tube in my fuel tank I used the outer casing from a choke cable and made the end sharp by bending out the end of the spiral and putting in an electric drill. The flexability of the choke sleeve means it follows the tube nicely.

rinse out etc to remove rust inside the tank.
