Nasty click

I have a nasty click coming from the final drive area on the passenger side. I'm guessing a bearing or the diff. Approximately 1 click per revolution and I can feel it reverberate through the car. Any suggestions? May be coincidence but it only started after I pressure washed under there.
Any advice appreciated.

Is this an 1850 ? I had this on mine and it was a crack in the rear hub casting which got worse and the nyloc nut unscrewed itself .... and the wheel came off, Scary !

Do check for loose wheel nuts first though...

Wise words Jon, I recently had a rumbling noise from the front of the sprint, I found I had not fully tightened the front wheel nuts after resetting the front spax by a couple of turns

I would like to add,
Take the wheel off, and check the studs, there is a chance of them coming loose or shearing off.
I'm no expert, only saying from experience.
