It will be under geared in a word.
The usual diff ratio for 1500's is 3.89 or 3.63.
It will be quite fussy at motorway revs with a 4.11
Is not good for a 1500 to rev high for long periods as the crank throw is long and the bearings marginal.
My Spit 1500 is ok but I avoid cruising at much over 3500 rpm but then I have 3.63 and overdrive so that
gives me an adequate safe cruise.

I ran mine with a 4.11, but overdrive is essential.
If no OD I would be fitting one or a 3.63 diff.
