Hi all,
I have fitted some Spax shock absorbers to my Sprint front and back

Just wondering what is the best setting for them , I think there is about 28 stages of adjustment !!

Can anyone recommend best setting for front and back

I have heavy duty standard ride height springs fitted front and back

Many thanks

I personally would start at the zero setting and adjust as required to suit roads and driving.
just upping a couple of clicks at a time till it feels good.
usually not many clicks on the back and more on the front, it's all to taste.

A good place to start is front, 7 clicks from full hard and rear 7 clicks from full soft. Then adjust to taste after that!

I am with those that say approx 5-7 clicks front and 3-5 rear.
I always liked hardish front and softish rear.
Specially with Spax put a dollop of grease all over the adjuster because they sieze and then break when the rest of the shocker is still sound.

Jamie from sprint spares told me 3 clicks on the front and two at the back for a road car ( my sprint has standard height 175/170 uprated springs ), obviously it's down to your own preference if you wish to go harder :)
