Help!!! Tinworm inner front valance

I would be happy if anyone could help.
My 1974 Dolomite Sprint has been in need of TLC for a while so it was decided to repair the front end.
Unfortunately the front inner valance is not repairable.
I know the club has repair panels and the item is no longer available but hope someone out there has a decent second hand part which they will sell me.
At the moment the car is standing in a local classic friendly garage minus outer wings and front valance so any help will be gratefully received.
