Hello
I've just bought an 1850 that has been off the road since 1989. It's a bit rough but I was looking for a project!
It didn't come with a battery so could anyone tell me which size to buy?
Thanks

038 battery. Not so easy to find these days, Halfords sell them as above (hefty discount if you have or can borrow a tradecard) but still available elsewhere.
Not sure if anything bigger will fit. Needs to be pretty narrow.

Alun, they're even harder to find than the 038. If it helps, the 038 is used in the classic (proper) Mini and various other Triumph models.
Welcome to the forum, by the way.

The 038 battery is fairly readily available. I have just bought one for my mower and my local CPA factors had it on the shelf. It wasn't expensive either.

Tayna do a couple of 015s

I've got an Enduroline one. I think that it's always a good idea to get the extra capacity.

That's a keen price if it includes vat and delivery.

It includes VAT but not delivery.
