Ive seen Iris are chain manufacturing types mainly in the motorcross bike world but Ive got one on my "new" sprint project. Are they any good or should I treat it as I would a rolon tensioner?
Cheers
Tony

I thought you wrote ISIS chains

ISIS chains don't like women and keep killing the engine and anything around them.
IRIS chains are probably good though I have no knowledge of them.

Yes it does look wrong in print doesnt it?
Off topic Jon , ive just bought a set of early TJ brackets from here with the letter you sent out in 2004! Nice milling on the brackets . This set up was to use sierra discs too. Why the change to Golf discs?

VW discs were BK's discovery and it meant you no longer had to machine the hub, so converting back to standard was childs play.
VW discs merely need boring out to 66.5 and holes drilling to match the Triumph hub, simples
If you have not got the hubs with what you bought and insist on staying with Sierra discs you will have to machine the diameter to 70.2 and the flange to 17.5 thick. I would VW em.
Good luck

I have a pair of Jons VW discs, 239mm drilled and machined, ready to use with your TJ brackets. They are surplus as I'm going even bigger for my Sprint. Make me an offer!
