5 3/4" headlights, non Dolomite

This isn't dolomite related but the light is the same size. Has anybody come across a 5 3/4" headlight with this fitting bracket? I need to but a new set but can't find these anywhere.

Is that e34 (5 series) BMW? I had to replace mine a few years ago as one lens cracked due to a stone chip.. they look familiar as they were an absolute pig to extract and to re-use!
