Hi I'm after a decent one for a late sprint. Who sells them these days? Are the not so good ones still the only choice or is there better now?. Need one fairly soon.
Cheers
Tony

The Baines one seems to be the only one available ATM. My windscreen man says if you use sealant judiciously when fitting it should go in and not leak. Since there IS only one part number for the screen rubber on all Dolomite models, regardless of screen type, I'd be inclined to give it a go. I've also spoken to Chris Witor about making one in his wonder stuff, but he's doubtful about sales cos the freely available Baines one works out cheaper.

I've recently purchased one from Chris Witor , is this not a good one to use? It did seem a good price and was sold as the front screen part number.

The one CW currently sells is the Baines one. He claims not to have had any complaints about it - which is why he is reluctant to make a different one.
It would not be MUCH trouble for him to make one as the profile is the same as the Triumph 2000 rear seal he already does and this would do both front and rear Dolly screens (except Toledo non trim strip rear) But he doesn't see the demand ATM. Some folk have already used a cut down version of his T2000 rear seal on Dolomite rear screens.

I just bought one off ebay, it fits and it is water tight. No idea who made it.
