Does anyone know where I can get a solid state voltage stabiliser?

I saw this :

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/New-Digital- ... SwZQRYYcam

but it seems kinda expensive

Not being a current member - actually a lapsed member - how could I buy one from the Club? I assume I need to rejoin first?

It's cheaper to convert the one that you have.
