Halogen Conversion Relayed Loom

Hi All

After putting it off for months I've eventually got round to completing the installation of Jeroen's modified front loom on my sprint.
I was having problems with my lights for a while and during the installation, I found a dodgy connection on one of the outer lights, as well as butchered original loom which was just about holding together.

The new one works great, all the relays for the Lights, horn and fan are in one place and the install looks very neat, tidy and almost stock. I'm a happy chap!

Prior to this I had modified a loom from a kit I bought on ebay, with a fuse and relay each for dipped and main beam- that allowed the original to remain in place and no cutting or splicing needed to make it work.

All that it needs is an earth, power (I took it straight from the battery), and connected into one of the outer headlight plugs, using the yellow connector.
I threaded it in front of the radiator and then disconnected the original supply to the lights and attached the new ones.
It work(s)ed fine, but I was getting intermittent problems because of switching signal from the old loom, hence the reason for going the whole hog, removing the old one and fitting the loom from Jeroen.
Have a look at the picture below:-

So its surplus to requirements - FOC or if you're feeling generous buy me a cup of coffee on Sunday.
I'll be at annual meet, hangover permitting, at Hatton - for the first time in owning Sprints off and on since 1989, and I'll bring it with me if anyone wants it.

Drop me a PM and let me know!!
