Sprint trhottle linkage

Do any of the Dolomite Sprints have a 1/2 - 5/8 inch alloy (looks like zinc-aluminium) spacer between the plate with the throttle linkage cam, etc., and the inlet manifold?

I've discovered I have such a spacer in a carb set-up using a TR7 linkage plate on a Sprint manifold, and I can't find where it came from. I'd always assumed it was off a TR7, but it seems that I may have been wrong about that.

Here's a picture of it between the plate and manifold - the carbs are HS8's but I got them without a manifold or any part of the throttle linkage, so it's nothing to do with them as such.

Your picture has disappeared Graham.

Carb spacing on the TR7 is wider than the Sprint, so if it is on the Sprint manifold it won't be a TR7 item.

Sorry, don't know what happening with picture if it's not the Photobucket issue.

This part isn't to do with the spaceing between the carbs, it's to do with how far back from the engine they and the linkage plate fit on the manifold. I haven't got one on either the Sprint or the TR7 carb sets I have, but I do have it on the hybrid set with the TR7 throttle linkage plate on the Sprint manifold.
