A lovely Mimosa Sprint belonging to Mark Wells is in their "5 Cashback Classics" feature.
The interesting article ends with the suggestion that "...it's probably a good time to buy any Sprint". Good if you've already got one

Do they still have their 'value' tables in the back these days? If so, what are they quoting for our models?

Even happier now that I've just bought back my original Sprint from over 30 years ago!! And the best part is that it's in the best colour too........Magenta

Smug face is in order me thinks
Must go and buy the mag later

Not in this edition but they do have the following in the article:-
Condition 3 £1350 & Condition 1 £5500
which seems low to me...

It's the April edition on the shelves now.
Classic Car Mart have a 5 page on an Escort Mexico/Dolomite Sprint head to head.

All values are perceived. Sprint double 1850 values? Escort RS2000 over double sprint.....
It is just what people are prepared to pay. But it seems all the old cars are going up in value rather rapidly. I wonder if there will be a correction at some point? In many ways I do hope so, as it allows enthusiasts to buy the cars and hopefully use them. Far too many good cars go into garages and very rarely come out (ie friends old RS500, it does 18 miles each year since he sold it.)
