Capping Gooderidge Flex Lines

I am rebuilding my front calipers to eliminate a brake pull. Has anyone
any suggestions on capping the flex lines (Gooderidge) to cut down on
fluid loss. I do't think they can be clamped.

Use an old brake pipe with the correct fitting and fold the pipe flat with pliers

I MAKE 3" long blanks with my pipe flaring kit then squash the pipe in the vise. I've been doing it this way as long as I can remember, with ordinary hoses as well as Goodridge type.
If you'd like some made, it's £5 including postage for a 2 blank set or £10 for a 5 blank set for dual circuit cars.

Use a piece of wood or pry bar to wedge pedal down against the driver's seat. Will lose a bit of fluid under pressure. But once spent will not lose any more.

But then without the potatoes. You can gently push in such a wooden stick.
