Does anybody have pics of how the front light wiring runs behind the panels?

Inner headlights have a short sub loom each that connect directly to the main loom and not held down by anything in particular. Front sidelight/indicator sublooms run through the hole in the lower inner front panel and are then held with metal clips to the lower edge of the inner front panel till they meet the main loom. The outer headlamp sublooms run through the same clips. I'll get a pic of the clips when there's some daylight.

There's a run across the front of the car to the two outer headlights, that's currently tiewraped to the anti-roll-bar. Fairly sure that's not right.

No, that's not correct! the main loom should run all the way down the inner face of the o/s leg, held in place with plastic U clips that push in. The final clip is only 1" or so short of the inner front panel. The loom should then pass across the bottom of the inner front panel in similar clips to the sub looms.

But has your car had relays fitted to prevent the column switch burning out as when I did this I fitted the relays above the battery and ran a new cable loom across the front of the car to feed the head lights on the other side.

There're relays, but there're under the middle of the dash.

Here's where I'm at at the front:
The back's less of a disaster zone. The sidelights work, so the loom can't have been totally buggered, but why the flashers don't remains a mystery. The brake lights are a problem as they're definitely not working when I go round to look.
Yes I know the overriders are all wrong. I'll fix them when I get one of them round tuits.

Sorry, that bit was a poor attempt at humour on how it's hard to check that the brake lights work when your doing it your own: just not fast enough to catch any of the photons.

Yes, I have some of those. Some are loose, some are on the cables.

Does nobody have any pictures of how and where the headlight and sidelight/flasher wires should run on an early, pre 76, Sprint? Also, where the connectors should be.

I've got to refit the looms and plugs correctly on Alun's 74 Sprint since they were all cable tied to the ARB! When i've done it, i'll take some reference pics. Since the rad is not yet in place, the pics should be fairly lucid.
But basically, everything runs along the bottom edge of the inner front panel and all the connector blocks for the headlight and sidelight/indicator lamps are directly below the ends of the radiator From there, the headlight and sidelight sublooms run UNDER the main chassis rails and outboard to their respective lamps.
