Dellorto advice/guidance

About 2 years ago I swapped over the carbs on ky Sprint for a nice shiny set of 45 DHLA. After a bit of faffing about with set up and having a rolling road tune all has been well......until the last month or so!
The front carb is pushing/leaking/dripping fuel out of the venturi and back into the filter. Not a huge gushing torrent but enough to get the lower section of the filter damp. The car is also not running quite as sweetly as it once did.
The carbs were bought from Eurocarbs and were freshly overhaulled when bought
Any ideas? I've had a look online and there isn't a great deal with similar symptoms.
