Remanufacture of 1300 FWD Subframe Mounts

Following an enquiry, and having borrowed a pattern from Marty Dolomite, it transpires we can get some subframe mounts for the 1300 FWD remanufactured from a single billet of EN8 grade steel. I have to do a couple of drawings for them before getting a quotation, but once the machine is set up there is an economy of scale dependent upon how many we have made.
So, what interest would there be?

I've now done the CAD drawing and received a quotation from the engineers. There has been interest expressed for 12 units, so I asked for costs for a run of 12 and a run of 20 in EN24T steel to give the requisite tensile strength to the threaded part. At 12 units, the cost per unit would be £66 plus VAT and at 20 units it reduces to £60 plus VAT. (A pair would be two units) These are the net quoted costs without any mark up whatsoever or postage costs; obviously at 20 units there'd need to be an overage to cover the 8+ units which would 'sit on the shelf' until sold.
So, how much interest sustains now that the costs are known?
