Does anybody have a link eg eBay or Amazon for the right tool to remove the chrome trim without bending it ?
How do you remove the roof trim ? Is it glued in place ?
Thanks, Richard

For the gutter trim I use an old fashioned pair of pincers; one jaw placed in the gutter allows the other jaw to lift the bottom of the trim from under the gutter using a gentle upwards circular motion. Start at the front and move backwards...slowly...

What Alun said ^^^^^^^ Or a pair of common pliers with a bit of Cornflake packet as padding. Whatever tool you choose, its the way you use it that counts, that circular movement, releasing the bottom edge first, is what is critical. Also, don't get too ambitious, do it a short length at a time and only twist JUST far enough to release it so it doesn't get too warped to put back!

I use a small block of wood on the top edge & tap it gently with a 1lb hammer. As Steve said, little lengths at a time.
