I know Tony has done it...anybody else ?

Does it help cooling ?

Are you concerned about electrics getting wet ?

I suppose the obvious question is, is your car over heating?

I will admit a louvred bonnet does look cool.

Yes the louvred bonnet helps with cooling especially when stationary, when the electric fan kicks in you can feel the hot air escaping from the vents.

I don't like to take my car out in the rain too much, it is not a daily & is mainly used at weekends & for shows. When I have been caught in heavy rain (M42 at a standstill on my way to the NEC) I have not had any problems. The coil is not under the vents maybe the dizzy is not sure, but no problems so far.
