Sprint camshaft bore?

Hi does anyone know the size of the bore the camshaft sits in? Cam measures 1.247" so I assumed the bore would be 1.250" to give clearance but mine seem a bit tighter. Im working on sorting out a reamer to clean up the head and caps.

Do you know the bore size? I did look at Hans page and when honed he said it was 0.03mm clearance. (0.0011") Would that clearance be standard or is Hans running them a bit tighter?
