619669 "Quarter Light Infills

Hi
Has anyone managed to repair 619669 "Quarter Light Infills?"
The Vinyl coating on mine is peeling,
Can this be sprayed on, I have seen roofing panels with this effect, but cannot find the paint used.
Any ideas?
