Cylinder head machining

Good afternoon,
The head gasket on my Sprint has started leaking. I plan to have the head pressure tested and skimmed but was also considering some performance work (matching, multi-angle seats, gas flow etc). Two questions:
1) Can anyone recommend an engineering firm? I am based in Oxfordshire.
2) Can anyone recommend a head gasket set supplier?
