I have been looking in both the Haynes workshop manual and the official 1500HL Triumph Dolomite repair manual to find out what the minimum thickness of the brake disc is but I have been unable to find this information in these documents. Have I just missed the relevant page or have other owner's had the same problem?
In the end I did find a couple of disc with the detail embossed on actual disc see photo. I hope this may help some other owners.

Seeing as it's exactly the same disc on ALL Dolomites, pretty safe to say YES!

Yes, I have a couple of NOS rotors that are stamped with the words 'MIN DISC THICKNESS .325 INS WITH .25 INS MIN THICKNESS OF PLATE & PAD ASSY' as well as 'STANPART' and some letters/numbers I can only assume are part numbers and four large raised embossed letters/numbers that are not the same on each disc.
Good job I looked them out as they are stating to rust so I need to clean and oil them.
