Water pump

Im tring to fit a different water pump to my sprint,thought you may be interested on how its going

its a belt driven pump , im going to run electric fan

may have to remake the mounting bracket for a fourth time as i need to turn the pump to give more room to do the pluming hoses the one for the heater is a bit tight against the subframe ,happy days :lol: :lol: :lol:

Looks interesting, who makes the pump?

That's a big battery you have there, might give you more space if you relocate it to the boot.

Ive still got to buy a battery thats just there so i know how much room i have to play with, the water pump is of ford essex v6/v4

its a tried and tested mod on the Stag , im just adapting it to fit the Sprint,if it fits the Sprint it should also fit the 1850

When i took the water pump cover off i was surprised to see a 12 vain pump seeing as my car is 73/74 :o :o

Cleaned up engine a bit :D and carried on with plumming

started the pipe work for the heater but ran out of pipe boy is that stainless pipe hard to bend :D :D
