I apologise, as I know this question has been aske A MILLION times bfore, but here goes.
I am in Australia and need to upgrade the brakes of my Dolly Sprint.
Everything points toward the Trackerjack system and I'm happy to purchase everything required, but there's a catch.
The components (calipers and rotors) need to be from vehicles available in Australia.
We didn't get Sierras and some other donors here. We did get Ford Ka's (but probably thin on the ground), plus various Golfs.
Everything else, bracketry etc Im happy to buy from Trackerjack.
I have been unsuccessful in contacting Trackerjack (Jon) so I'm asking for help to point me in the right direction.
Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I need to sort this before I run someone up the rear (in my car I mean)

Jon is on facebook, no idea if he checks it though
https://www.facebook.com/jonathan.a.jackson.31, or you may be able to email him via this forum?
BUT if you have found the various threads/instructions etc you should be able to build your own kit. It essentially revolves around a modified disc (Golf is the current favorite, I am off the do some 260ish mm discs tomorrow) a cliper of choice, plus an adapter bracket.
Depending on caliper choice, the bracket is flat (like the sierra one) or it may b=need to be stepped. But if you can weld or can get somebody to weld, that should not be a problem. The biggest issue is if you are using 13" wheels as they are the limiting factor.
I would get a pair of discs machined, the try some hopeful looking calipers that are easily available. Something smallish car with similar sized discs to what you are using?
I did all this a few years ago when I fitted discs to teh rear of my spitfire. Discs were easy as MGF fitted straight on. Some 6mm plate to replace the std backplate, clamped the caliper to the disc and worked out the offset. Welded the adapter plate and all has been well.

I have heard of, but never actually seen, a conversion using in part Holden bits. I know of one car in NZ at least that has this fitted. Have you tried other owners in Australia? Sprint owner Garth Newton in Tasmania used to run triumphowners.com and there are quite a number of guys in Perth who come on here occasionally including Paul Roberts who races his Sprint, including at Albany.
I don't think anyone in NZ, or Aus for that matter has used the Trackerjack conversion due to the fact that the cars the parts come from haven't been sold here. Not sure about Aus, but in NZ such a conversion / modification to brakes requires certification by a licensed specialist before being legally allowed on the road and that is an expensive process. As a result most of us simply rely on finding the best pads and tyres to ensure our road cars stop well.
When I raced I used Willwood twin pot calipers and BMW vented rotors, but that required an increase in wheel diameter to fit them. Without hot sicky race tyres they were a total overkill and would lock up easily.

Indeed, sorry, I didn't make that clear.
240mm (or are they 239) is the size for sprint wheels.
