I'm lucky, my local tip accepts tyres

I understand most don't or charge for it.
I'm not admitting to having an extra wheel bin, or admitting to what might get added to the household waste though

should of stript it first and get rid of it slowly

Should have weighed it in at the local scrap yard. "Irony Aluminium" worth about £250 per ton.
